New Restaurant Build-Out
This picture features a complete new restaurant build-out within an empty white shell. Some of the standout features to this project were the two full sized kitchens, one being an expo kitchen. The wood beamed floating ceiling, stainless steel modular bar, and the custom wall art made out of true Kentucky whiskey barrels greet the customers at the entry.
Modern Barre 3 Studio with Sustainable Flooring and Custom Features
And the picture that follows shows the clean and modern build out of a Barre 3 studio where we transformed this empty white shell to a welcoming and comfortable exercise studio. With its sustainable cork flooring, custom audio/visual systems, specialty lighting, and new HVAC systems to serve it’s exercise clients.
Versatile Tenant Build-Outs: Pella Showroom and Wallick & Volk Mortgage Office Transformations
There are many permutations of a Tenant Build Outs that we have experience with. In the first image below features a Pella showroom built out completely. This included office space for the staff along with conference areas and a specialty showroom to showcase all their products. The second image features a Wallick and Volk Mortgage Office build out. This involved constructing new offices, work areas, kitchen, and conference room. It is a modern space with glass partition walls to provide natural light and openness throughout. The use of custom lighting and charred wood paneling provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
From Grey Shell to Vibrant Dining: Complete Franchise Restaurant Build-Out with Custom Features
This last project shows a franchise restaurant build out done in an empty gray shell. Being a complete grey shell, this project involved everything from the ground up including the plumbing, concrete, the complete kitchen build out and custom elements of the dining area. The floating millwork soffit, vibrant tile, quartz tops, and LVT floors create an energetic start to your day. This space also included a patio portion and roll up door system to bring the outdoors in.
