The area of Flagstaff has fertile land from volcanic ash after eruptions in the 11th century. It was first settled as the present-day city in the 1870s. Local businessmen lobbied for Route 66 to pass through the city, which it did, turning the local industry from lumber to tourism and developing downtown Flagstaff. The state of Arizona was admitted to the Union in 1912. Flagstaff saw its first tourism boom in the early years of the 1900s, becoming known as the City of Seven Wonders, as the "Seven Wonders" of the wider Flagstaff area including the proximity to the Coconino National Forest and Grand Canyon among five others. Flagstaff Commercial Projects: Shuttle Service Facility and Modern Mortgage Office Build-Out
The commercial images that come next are also from Flagstaff. The first is a ground up project of a shuttle service company, which included much coordination with local jurisdictions, public utility companies and stakeholders. The project included extensive site work for all the new utilities, drainage, parking lot, and on-site fueling station. Along with the new building for customers and office staff.
The second is a Wallick and Volk Mortgage Office build out. This involved constructing new offices, work areas, kitchen, and conference room. It is a modern space with glass partition walls to provide natural light and openness throughout. The use of custom lighting and charred wood paneling provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Flagstaff Bank Conversion: Transforming an Old Bank into a Modern Title Company Office
This last Flagstaff project features an existing bank that was converted into a new title company office space. We came in and modified the layouts and finishes to make it more welcoming and functional for their staff and clients.
